How do I care for my garments? It is advised to read the label instructions. For optimal care wash garments in cool to lukewarm water. Tumble dry on low heat, hang to air dry, or lay flat to dry. Avoid hot temperatures.

How do I care for my travel mugs, water bottles, and mugs? These items can be used in the dishwasher safely. Coffee and Latte mugs can be used in the microwave safely. Hand washing is great as well.

How do I care for my bags and totes? With any item always read the label instructions. To clean stains start with very small amount of solution including equal parts water and dawn soap with a patting technique. Do not rub. 


When will my order arrive? Orders typically arrive between 5 and 14 days after your order was placed. 

I have only received part of my order, what do I do? Your items ship as they become available, getting them to you faster. If your order has a variety of items they may ship separately. Click on the order confirmation to review any tracking information. 

Is there a way to track my order? Yes, you have a few options:

1. When placing tour order be sure to sign up for a store account and select the option to receive tracking updates.

2. DOWNLOAD the Arrive App for your order status page. 

3. Once your items have shipped you should receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text. Here you can find your order tracking details.

I ordered the wrong size can I change it? We gladly accept exchanges and returns. Be sure to review your cart prior to checking out to ensure you are happy with your selections. However once an order has been submitted we are unable to change selected styles or sizes. Please view our Return Policy located at the bottom of the Home page view the criteria and begin the exchange process.

I received my items and no longer want them. Can I return them? We gladly accept returns. Please view our Return Policy located at the bottom of the Home page to view the criteria and begin the return process.


How do I make sure to receive the discount on my order? We are happy to offer special discounts from time to time. Discounts are received when entered by the customer at the point of checkout. Remember discounts are valid for a specific time period, and cannot be added to orders after purchase, or used after the ending date.

Can I combine discount offerings? Only one discount code can be used per order

I didnt receive my discount, what can I do? Discount codes must be entered in at the point of checkout to receive them. If you believe there was an error with you order, you can submit a request for review by sending an email to support@youareaceo.com and in the subject line put "Discount Missing From Order".
